B-BBEE Level 2 Contributor
At Avonlea Transport, we are committed to supporting the creation of an equitable and sustainable South Africa. The past year we have made good progress in improving our B-BBEE credentials, we are now a level 2 contributor. We plan to continue improving our B-BBEE credentials.
Staff training and employee development will form a big part of our on-going efforts to transform Avonlea Transport. Employees are the lifeline of any business, so retaining current employees and sourcing great talent is important to us. Developing employee wellness and enhancing on-the-job skills, is top priority at Avonlea Transport.
